Projects were based on the testing of CORE and OEM based PC BIOS, developed by Phoenix Technologies. Test Procedures created and followed to determine failures of either firmware implementation or BIOS. Responsibilities included modification/update of Test Procedures, writing Test Plans, determine testing by requirements documents and modify checklists accordingly, reporting issues to development or deployment engineers in a clear and concise manner. Creation of automated test scripts developed in ANSI C on the Validor Pro automation test tool developed by TestQuest. Trained on Azor Ferret automation system. Data input/output code level creation/validation. Involved in the designing of database driven testing. White, black and gray box testing, unit and integration testing of scripts and CORE and OEM PC BIOS MASM components. Use of PVCS version control software for validation of MASM components and ANSI C automation scripts. Involved at all levels of test bed hardware and software: design, rework and maintenance.
